To detect a travelling position of a loading moving machine travelling in a loose bulk raw material yard, which is lower in cost than a conventional one and which does not require complicated structure and the adjusting work.
When the loading moving machine travelling in the loose bulk raw material yard 1 reaches a position provided with a RFID tag 81, in which distance data from each reference position set per a predetermined distance in a moving block is written, a reader 82 of the RFID system 8 provided in the loading moving machine reads out the distance data from the reference position written in the RFID tag 81, and a memory circuit of a control device 5 stores it as a reference distance, and while a reversible counter 51 is reset to zero. A travelling position from the reference position of the yard is detected by adding the travelling position data of the loading moving machine obtained by adding/subtracting a reversible pulse, which is obtained by a reversible counter 51 by counting a signal obtained by a rotating distance meter provided in the loading moving machine to generate a distance signal per a predetermined distance during the travelling, to/from the reference distance.
