Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a practical method and device for accurately diagnosing equipment even when an input to be diagnosed is operating at much higher speed than the arithmetic cycle of an arithmetic function or function block to be used for diagnosis.
SOLUTION: In this method for diagnosing the equipment by diagnosing the operation of the equipment, the instantaneous value or statistics of a signal associated with the equipment to be diagnosed is compared with a reference signal associated with the equipment so that the operation of the equipment can be diagnosed.
