Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for extruding a food material as a sheet, capable of optionally changing by using a simple mechanism the shape of a discharge opening for the food material and capable of discharging as an optional form conforming to the change of the shape of the discharge opening, and to provide a device therefor.
SOLUTION: A sliding plate having a through-hole is slidably set in a housing having a slit to form a discharge opening by overlapping the through-hole with the slit so that the through-hole moves to change the shape of discharge opening by sliding the sliding plate.
