A data preprocessing module 19 collects data and updates data in accordance with selection/rejection of orderess and supplies it from a model generation program 20 to a number restriction generation program 21. An interactive determination display system 22 displays a simple set selector to a user, then the user talks with the display system inputting an appropriate data. and the user uses an optimization model selection model resolution program 24 and outputs the output to a floor control system 25. This system 25 generates a work order and discharges a required stock to a shop floor sensor 17 which discriminates the possibility of a machine and input in accordance with a selected order.
