PURPOSE: To secure fixed customers, to increase the sales and to reduce the work by installing a display/issuing device in supermarket, convenience store, department store and a store and the like, issuing a card displaying the sum when a small amount of coins such as one yen, five yen, ten yen and fifty yen are thrown in and using the card as the gift certificate of the store when the sum reaches a prescribed one.

CONSTITUTION: The sum which a user himself throw in from the small coin throw-in ports 6 and 7 in front of a case is displayed on a display panel 1, and the sum is printed on the picture recording card inserted from an image recording card take-out/in port 5 so as to return it. When the total sum of the image recording card reaches a previously decided amount, the card can be used as a gift certificate. The display/issuing device is provided with the small coin supply ports 6 and 7, the image recording card insertion/take-out port 5, operation switches 3 and 4 and the display panel 1, which are in front of the case, and a supplied coin selection/accumulation device, a card reader/ writer writing the added sum, an erasing device and a controller in the case.
