PURPOSE: To obtain fuel which does not generate noxious gas, and also, can be crushed with hands by dissolving waste foam plastic by sprinkling heated vegetable oil and reducing the capacity, and thereafter, adding an alkaline additive, heating and kneading them and allowing them to be subjected to chemical reaction, and cooling and solidifying them.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of disposing of an object 6 to be disposed of such as waste foam plastic, etc., vegetable oil in a containing tank 21 is heated to about 110-180°C by operating a heating unit 19, and it is allowed to pass through a supply pipe 24 by a heat resisting pump 25 and stored temporarily in the containing tank 21, and thereafter, overflowed from a drop port 22, and scattered by a rotation of an oil atomizing blade 23. By sprinkling this high temperature oil drips to the object 6 to be disposed of, carried by a belt conveyor 7, the object 6 to be disposed of is dissolved and the capacity can be reduced. The object 6 to be disposed of after the capacity is reduced is put into a heating cylinder 26 of a heating/kneading device 14, kneaded at a temperature of 220-300°C together with an alkaline additive such as calcium hydroxide, etc., and vegetable oil 11 and subjected to chemical reaction, and an obtained substance X is dropped down into a water tank 18 and cooled and solidified.
