Behind a human body 3 watched from an X-ray source 1, a 1st IP panel 4, grid 5 for scattered ray removal and 2nd IP panel 6 are successively arranged and through once dose reduced X-ray radiation 2, two X-ray images of front and rear sides are provided. The X-ray image having a lot of scattered rays but reducing noises is provided from the 1st IP panel 4, and the image reducing the scattered rays but having a lot of noises is provided from the 2nd IP panel. By processing these two X-ray images, the sharp X-ray image reducing the scattered rays and reducing the noises as well can be provided.
