During the one stroke operation from a start to a stop of the body (a rotor) 30 to be driven, energy previously accumulated in an elastic body 40 for the first stroke or the energy accumulated in the elastic body by the last stroke is discharged to use it, as a part of the driving energy, when accelerating the body to be driven. A part of the driving energy and/or a part of the kinetic energy of the body to be driven is accumulated in the elastic body 40, when decelerating the body to be driven, and is discharged, when accelerating the body to be driven in the following stroke, to be used as a part of the driving energy.
