Abstract:
To provide a method and device for driving a plasma display panel capable of ameliorating a per horizontal line luminance difference.
The device is equipped with a line buffer section which stores the data inputted from the outside by each of the horizontal lines in synchronization with a horizontal synchronizing signal, at least one comparison section which compares the loads included in the horizontal lines stored into the line buffer section, and a data conversion section which corrects the data supplied to the horizontal lines by the load difference compared by the at least one comparison section.
