Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a granular object drying means for securing a preheating temperature at a high temperature and at the same time setting dry air at a specific temperature, and performing drying more safely and speedily.
SOLUTION: The granular object drying device is provided with a storage part, a drying part, and a take-out part, and is successively arranged overlappingly. Also, the storage part is provided with a heating part consisting of a plurality of draft pipes that are arranged side by side at the storage part, a heat-generating device 14 that is connected to the start end of the heating part, a communication path 16 for connecting the end of the heating part to the blowing path of the drying part, an exhauster 20 that is connected to the exhaust path of the drying part, and an opening 17 for taking the fresh air into the communication path 16. Then, a temperature detector for detecting dry air is connected to the heat-generating device 14 via a control device 22, and the heat-generating device 14 is controlled so that dry air being introduced to the dry part reaches a specific temperature.
