Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate water being mixed into a refrigerant gas flowing through refrigerant circulation piping without replacing a water-eliminating filter being provided at the refrigerant circulation piping while a device is being operated.
SOLUTION: A bypass path 4 is provided in parallel with a refrigerant main path 3 in refrigerant circulation piping 1, a water-eliminating filter 27 is provided in the bypass path 4, a refrigerant gas is passed through the bypass path 4 during operation, the bypass path 4 is closed for sealed state when water is to be eliminated, and the inside of the bypass path 4 in the closed state is evacuated and dried, thus drying the water-eliminating filter 27 containing water.
