The beginning end location (beginning end node P1) in the configuration data 11 of a branched part connected to the main line of a road or the like exists on the configuration data 12 of the main line. Hence the beginning end location information of a branch part is expressed by a relative location by making use of the configuration data of the main line. For example, the beginning end location is expressed by (the configuration data number of a referenced main line)+(the number of nodes from the beginning end of the main line)+(the deviation angle from the direction of the configuration of the main line).
