Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for estimating a temperature in a furnace, capable of stably, reliably estimating a temperature in the furnace for a long time without depending on the variation of the thickness of a slag coating layer.SOLUTION: A temperature in the furnace of a reactor covered with a slag coating layer is calculated by the following formula (1). T=T+(T-T)+K(T)×ΔT... (1), where in the formula (1), Tis a temperature estimation value in the furnace; Tis a temperature measurement value in the inside of a furnace wall, K (T) is a correction coefficient corresponding to T; ΔTis a variation value of the temperature measurement value in the inside of the furnace wall; Tis a temperature initial value in the furnace being a measurement value of the temperature in the furnace measured when the method for estimating the temperature in the furnace is started; and Tis a temperature initial value in the inside of the furnace wall being a temperature measurement value in the inside of the furnace wall measured when the method for estimating the temperature in the furnace is started.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
