Abstract:
To provide a method and device for evaluating the adhesiveness of an interface between a resin and a fiber (single yarn) in a composite material.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating adhesiveness in an interface between a resin and a fiber is provided that includes the following steps: a step (A) of adhering a single yarn of a fiber having a specific length to a rod-shaped fiber fitting member using a first adhesive; a step (B) of burying into the resin, a second end of the single yarn which is another end area different from a first end adhered to the fiber fitting member; a step (C) of separating the fiber fitting member from the single yarn and making the first end a free end; a step (D) of adhering the first end of the single yarn which is not a free end to a pulling jig using a second adhesive; and a step (E) of moving the pulling jig in a vertical direction and pulling out the single yarn having been buried into the resin upward and measuring the maximum load and buried length when the second end of the single yarn is pulled out.SELECTED DRAWING: None
