Abstract:
To provide a method and device for evaluating the releasability of vulcanized rubber, capable of accurately and more promptly grasping the releasability when releasing the vulcanized rubber from a vulcanization mold.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating the releasability of vulcanized rubber comprises: sandwiching unvulcanized rubber R1 between the flat metal surface 8a of a base table 8 preheated at a predetermined preheating temperature using a preheating chamber 18 and the facing surface 7a of a pressing table 7; approaching the base table 8 and the pressing table 7 using a vulcanization mechanism 12 to vulcanize the unvulcanized rubber R1 in a pressing state on the metal surface 8a; forming a test body 9 strongly stuck on the facing surface 7a rather than the metal surface 8a without bonding the vulcanized rubber R2 to immediately separate the base table 8 from the pressing table 7 using a tension mechanism 2; simultaneously applying a vertical tensile force to the entire contact surface of the vulcanized rubber R2 to the metal surface 8a; and evaluating the releasability of the vulcanized rubber R2 by a calculation part 17 on the basis of the size of fracture strength of an interface between the vulcanized rubber R2 measured by a measuring instrument 6 and the metal surface 8a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
