Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a new method for extracting fruit juice from the mixture of solid and liquid, especially citrus fruits, and to provide the device therefor. CONSTITUTION: This method for extracting the fruit juice from the citrus fruits is composed of the respective steps of supporting the outer surface of the fruit, inserting an extraction device including an expandable bag into the fruit, expanding the bag so as to extend the bag to the supported outer surface of the fruit and extracting the fruit juice from the fruit.
