Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely extract fuel from a fuel tank easily, quickly and further efficiently at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: A scrapped vehicle C is arranged upward of a receiving tank 6 held by a fork 3 of a forklift 1, and after placing a fuel tank T of the scrapped vehicle opposed to a perforating blade 10c of a perforator 10 vertically raised on the receiving tank, the scrapped vehicle is dropped down. The fuel tank is dashed by its own weight against the perforating blade and perforated, to discharge fuel in the fuel tank into the receiving tank, and a riseup part in the periphery of a hole is formed in the outside of the tank with a jaw part, provided in the bottom part of the perforating blade, by vertically moving the scrapped vehicle.
