Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EXTRACTING OIL FROM COMPRESSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3178454
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device by which oil can be extracted quickly from a compressor in a short time.
SOLUTION: At extraction of an oil L from a compressor 1 incorporating a compressing mechanism section X in a casing 2 provided with a suction pipe 5 and a discharge pipe 6 and storing the oil L in the casing 2, a hole 24 is made through the bottom section 2c of the casing 2, and thereafter, the oil L is extracted from the casing 2 through the hole 24 by introducing a pressurized fluid into the casing 2 through the suction pipe 5, a discharge pipe 6, or both of the pipes 5 and 6. When such an oil extracting method is used, the oil L in the casing 2 is pushed out through the hole 24 by the pressurized fluid, and therefore the extracting speed is increased and the workability of the extracting work is improved, as compared with the case where the oil L is extracted by utilizing the free fall action.
