A powder feeding device (100) configured so that powder encased in a raw material container with an inner bag therein is fed into a reaction container, includes: a glove box body (10); a powder introduction tube (22) provided at the upper part of the glove box body (10); a powder derive tube (24) provided at the lower part of the glove box body (10); a lid plate (40) that opens/closes a tube mouth (24a); a driving device (42) for perpendicularly moving the lid plate for contacting or separating the lid plate (40) with or from the tube mouth (24a); a washing liquid feeding outlet (50); an waste liquid discharge outlet (51); a hose (60) and a hose end valve (62). A powder feeding method using the powder feeding device (100) is also provided.
