PURPOSE: To obtain a fermentation treatment device which enables a continuous fermentation treatment, by using the domestic animal dung, sludge, etc. which are beforehand adequately agitated, and dried as a fermentation base, and spraying the untreated domestic animal dung, sludge, etc. on the base and performing the fermentation treatment under agitation.

CONSTITUTION: A supply device 20 for material to be treated in beforehand moved to one end side of rails 3 and the untreated material contg. 85W95% water content is carried and collected on the floor surface 2 between the rails 3 and 3, whereafter an agitator 4 is moved back and forth, then the agitation rods 8 projected to a shaft 9 rotate with the traveling of the agitator 4. Since the material is repeatedly agitated many times, the material is finally dried and treated by solar heat and fermentation. After a fermentation base 14a is formed, the agitator 4 is positioned to one end side of the rails 3, 3 and the device 20 is run back and forth to spray the material 14 on the base 14a. The device is then moved back and forth along the rails 3, 3 whereby the fermentation treatment is effected.
