Abstract:
To provide the fin forming method of strip material and the device to reduce joining defect due to shape defect in a curved face part in fin bending in joining process between a fin electrode plate, spacer, etc., in a fin used for a heat exchanger, etc.
An engaging clearance of a pair of forming wheels 2, 3 is set to the value close to a thickness of a strip material 12, further, build up is arranged to tooth bottom of tooth face of the forming rolls 2, 3, ironing region by tooth tip of forming wheels is provided, thus, fin forming by rotation of the forming wheels 2, 3 is subjected rolling correction, a fin having fin bent curved face shape to improve joining is obtained.
