Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the reuse of a physical object and environmental protection after the operation for pilot-ignition prevention by reliably conducting fire extinguishing or the pilot-ignition prevention for a combustible liquid by a simple method and preventing the pollution of the combustible liquid due to the operations for the fire extinguishing and the pilot-ignition prevention.
SOLUTION: The device for the fire extinguishing or the pilot-ignition prevention is composed of a vacuum tank 1 whose inside is decompressed so as to permit the combustible liquid 6 to be introduced on the strength of negative pressure, a connecting body 7 for connecting the vacuum tank 1 with a storage part 5 for the combustible liquid 6, and a control valve for controlling the connection of the connecting body 7 with the vacuum tank 1.
