Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide high-precision and large-flow-rate control which utilizes PWM control.
CONSTITUTION: One reference valve which is selected among plural two-position operation valves V1-V4 which are combined in parallel is switched sequentially and periodically and its opening time T2 is varied within a switching period T1; and only the reference value is opened for a small flow rate and following reference values are opened for a large flow rate successively in switching order to perform the PWM control over the whole combination of the two- position operation valves V1-V4, thereby sufficiently securing an operation period T3 for the control period T1 of the respective two-position operation valves V1-V4.
