PURPOSE: To embody an efficient incinerating disposal by a method wherein a fluidized bed of heat medium is formed in a combustion section and liquid fuel produce by thermal decomposition is blown thereinto when a garbage dump or the like is decomposed by heat by circulating the heat medium between a thermal decomposition section and the combustion section.
CONSTITUTION: A thermal decomposition tower 1 effecting thermal decomposition of a material is equipped with a fluidizing gas inlet 8 at a lower portion thereof, a produced gas outlet 10 at an upper portion thereof and a feeder 12 for supplying the material at an intermediate portion thereof respectively. On the other hand, a combustion tower 2 effecting reheating of heat medium is forming a fluidized bed at an upper portion thereof by blowing air thereinto from a nozzle 7 in an ejector 3 and lifting the head medium through a lifting pipe 6. Communicating pipes 4, 5 are connecting between these towers 1, 2 to circulate the heat medium. Char is collected with a cyclone 14 from the produced gas discharged from the outlet 10 and is supplied into the combustion chamber 2 from a feeder 13. The produced gas, from which the char is separated, is supplied into the fluidized bed and a gas burner 17 through a gas holder 18.
