PURPOSE: To automate an assembly line for package by inserting a mount in the one foot part and stretching in the direction of width, folding other foot part thereon, and folding a part, protruding from a pantyhose part and a mount, on a basis of the one foot part so folded.

CONSTITUTION: A mount 4 is inserted on an upper pantyhose insertion plate 21 in a mount insertion position (c), a pantyhose 1 is inserted on upper and lower panty hose insertion plates 21 and 22 in a pantyhose insertion position A, and a pantyhose mounting template 20 is pulled off in a pantyhose pull-off position B. The pulled out pantyhose 1 is moved to a folding position E, the other foot part 3 is folded on a foot part 2, in which the mount 4 is inserted, along the one side part, and the two ends of the mount 4 are pressed by means of fixing bars 61 and 61. A pantyhose part (1a) is folded in the shape of a triangle as shown in a diagram, and a part protruding from the mount 4 for a foot part is folded based on the fixing bars 61 and 61.
