CONSTITUTION: The motion of a moving body 203 is detected by a detection means 204 via a transmitting member 202 as a force working between a moving device 201 and the moving body, according to the speed difference between the moving device and the moving body, and the value of this force is compared with a first value greater than 0 and with a second value greater than the first value in a control means 205; When the value of the force is greater than the second value, a command to increase speed at an acceleration proportional to the value is output to a drive means 206 and, when the value is smaller than the second value and greater than the first value, a command to reduce speed at a deceleration proportional to the value of the force is output to the drive means 206, and when the value is smaller than the first value a command to stop is output to the drive means 206, thereby equalizing the speed of the movement means to that of the moving body.
