Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively secure the coaxial precision of a shaft part and a cup part in a simple process, and also to easily enable effective forming as a whole.
SOLUTION: After force-fitting a forming punch 106 on which a cylindrical member 68 is fit into the hole part 127 of an upper forming die 96, squeezing forming is performed to the shaft part 74 by an upper insert member 102 and a lower insert member 104. Almost simultaneously with this operation, while restricting the inside diameter of the cup part 76, the squeezing forming is performed to the outside diameter part of the cup part 76 by the upper forming die 96 and a lower forming die 98.
