Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inclination defect of flat part while flattening ruggedness defect in forming the corrugated fin.
SOLUTION: A brake device 7, which contracts a fin material 1a so as to bring adjoining bent parts 1b into contact each other, is arranged at more advancing direction side of the fin material 1a than a flattening device 6. By this method, the fin material 1a is brought to stable state not to be deformed at contracting. Accordingly, inclination of a flat part 1c is suppressed even when the moment to incline the flat part 1c of corrugated fin is acted by the flattening device 6, further, ruggedness defect of the bent part 1b is flattened.
