Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a method and a means for quickly and smoothly shifting a base stock into a die after heating to half-melted state, in half-melting formation.
CONSTITUTION: In the forming method, in which the base stock 11 in the half- melted state is filled into a cavity 43 by pressurizing with a punch 41, the base stock is heated on the way of a process 39 in the punch 41 By this method, the base stock 11 can quickly be shifted into a die 45 without developing the shock.
