Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-quality image by averaging the deviation of registers caused by the curvature of a scanning line in a full-color image forming device.
SOLUTION: A pattern image 40A is formed on the projection axis 44A of an optical axis and a pattern image 40B is formed at the position of a distance +X measured along a main scanning direction from the axis 44A. Then, when a distance to the end of an image area from the axis 44A is defined as Xmax, the deviation of the register in a sub-scanning direction from the ideal scanning line of the image 40A (K) being a reference is defined as Y0 and the deviation of the register from the ideal scanning line of the image 40B (K) being the reference is defined as Y, the deviation of the register is averaged by satisfying the expression.
