Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a formed leaf spring different in spring load by fixing the spring forming part of a workpiece to a lower die and executing bending after the starting position of bending by the spring forming part of a workpiece is adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the workpiece.
CONSTITUTION: In the leaf spring forming method that after a part of the workpiece 4 is fixed by a clamper 3 to the lower die 2 having a curved surface used for bending, the spring forming part of the workpiece 4 is pressed by a roll 1, which can driven to rotate, continuously along the curved surface of the lower die 2, the starting position of bending by the spring forming part is adjusted in the longitudinal direction of the workpiece to fix and working is started.
