Abstract:
To improve radiation efficiency by forming a microchannel in a filament wire.
A microchannel forming device for fabricating microchannels in a wire is provided. This microchannel forming device comprises a plurality of dies for housing heated wires with intervals along the axis in the longitudinal direction. Each die has a peripheral face for forming an opening part and toothing which protrudes from this face toward normal line direction and ends at the opening part. Since the heated wires are stretched through the opening of each die, the toothing is engaged with the heated wires, thereby microchannels in the longitudinal direction are formed.
