To form a pattern of low melting point glass, wherein the low melting point glass can be recycled, when forming the pattern of low melting point glass which is used in forming the barrier of a panel display, such as a plasma display.
A water soluble binder is used as the binder of low melting point paste, and after the low melting point glass paste is applied onto a substrate and dried, the pattern is formed on the dried low melting point paste by a resist. After that, the low melting point glass, other than the resist, is cut by mixed fluid of water and high pressure air or steam to form the pattern by the low melting point glass. After that, the low melting point glass, cut from the mixture of water captured by a cyclone and the low melting point glass, is reused by drying water.
