PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain aseptic condition and prevent pollution hazards effectively by cutting off especially the connecting and coupling locations between processes at which the maintenance of aseptic condition and the prevention of the pollution hazards are troublesome from the outside, in such a condition as to permit the consecutive operation of each process in a freeze-drying means obtaining powder products through various processes such as a preparing process for preparing a liquid material from raw materials, a dispensing process for dispensing the prepared liquid material so as to freeze-dry it, a drying process for freeze-drying the liquid material by a freeze dryer, and a grinding process for grinding the dried liquid material by a grinder.
SOLUTION: A liquid material is prepared from raw materials and their solvents by a raw material preparing device A comprising compounding tanks (a), etc., a preparing tank (b), etc., and the liquid material is guided toward a shell 60 comprising the drying chamber of a shell tube type freeze dryer (f) through piping (c). The liquid material is distributed and supplied straight to a plurality of tubes 61, etc., juxtaposed in the shell 60 upright to be frozen into a tube-like frozen layer, and the tube-like dried product dropped from the tubes 61 in the shell 60 after freeze-drying by the freeze dryer is ground to be treated by grinder (g) to be a powder product.
