Abstract:
To reuse residual ash by waste material incineration, coal ash, and other industrially generated ash by fusing and then solidifying it.
In the ash fusing and solidifying method, ash to be fused is supplied to the upper part of one side of a slender fusion furnace, high-temperature flame is sprayed to ash surface vertically at an oblique angle to fuse the ash, the ash is made to flow, the ash is made to pass an immersion passage and then is made to overflow, the ash is dropped into a downward water tank and fixed, and the ash is exhausted from the lower side of the drop part.
