Title:
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR GENERATING SUPERHEATED STEAM BY WASTE INCINERATION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3074617
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the generation of superheated steam while restraining the corrosion of heat exchanger by a method wherein the incomplete combustion of waste is effected without employing desalination agent to make char from a part of the waste and chlorine constituent is fixed into ash contained in the char while the char is burnt to generate combustion gas having very small HCl concentration.
SOLUTION: The incomplete combustion of waste including chlorine compound is effected in a waste incinerator 10 whereby a part of the waste is changed into char while the char is burnt in a char combustion furnace 12 to generate superheated steam. In this case, the incomplete combustion is effected through partial combustion within the range of air ratio of 0.25-0.95 or preferably 0.5-0.7 and/or through low-temperature combustion within the range of temperature of 500-750°C or preferably 550-700°C.
