An interval of a print mark being a cutting reference formed in the singled sheet is measured, and the delivery cylinder is controlled by calculating first peripheral velocity data of the delivery cylinder based on the measured interval of the print mark. A rotation angle of the delivery cylinder when detecting the paper head of the singled sheet cut in the fixed position is measured, and a deviation from a reference paper head detecting angle confirmed in advance that the paper head can be gripped is determined, and is converted into second peripheral velocity data for correcting a phase of the delivery cylinder, and the delivery cylinder is controlled.
