Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for highly efficiently manufacturing a tube of high dimensional accuracy in which a die and/or a plug can be efficiently exchanged in manufacturing the tube of high dimensional accuracy by extrusion.
In the method for manufacturing the tube of high dimensional accuracy in which a plug 6 is inserted in the tube 1 in a floating manner, the tube is continuously or intermittently pressed into a die 3 to perform extrusion, a plurality of dies 3 and 5 of different grooves are arranged on the same circumference (or on the same line), and any one of these dies is moved in the circumferential (or the linear) direction according to the dimension of a product, and arranged in a pass line and used for extrusion.
