Abstract:
To obtain homogeneous improved soil by improving various excavated soils.
In the improving method for excavated soil to obtain improved soil whose quality is improved by mixing quick lime into the excavated soil, excavated soil lumps larger than a specified size are classified by a roll screen 3 and quick lime is fed from a quick lime tank 7 into the residual excavated soil free from lumps of soil and mixed by a mixer 4. The lumps are crushed by a crusher 22 and the crushed soil is mixed with the excavated soil mixed with quick lime to produce improved soil.
