Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically insert a press component onto a bar, and to thereby facilitate subsequent processing or assembling.
SOLUTION: A large number of press components 10 having an assembling hole are assembled with one jig bar 40 after each of the following processes: (1) process in which a material 12 for the press components 10 to be blanked is fed into a press 200 for the blanking; (2) process in which each of these press components 10 is transported on a table 20 in a state stored in the working part of the material 12; (3) process in which each press component 10 is dropped downward through vibration or pressure when the component 10 comes to a dropping hole 21 formed in the front end of the table 20; (4) process in which each press component 10 so dropped is inserted as is, with the assembling hole without changing the orienting, onto the jig bar 40 erected on the turntable 50; and (5) process in which, with the turntable 50 rotated, the jig bars 40 with each press component 10 assembled in a prescribed quantity are removed as they are, and in which, after new jig bars 40 are erected, the tip end of these or different jig bars 40 are arranged to face the dropping hole 21 of the table 20.
