Abstract:
To provide a method and a device that allow a ring spinning cop to have an optimum running property as much as possible during subsequent rewinding at a work unit of a winder by affecting the winding condition of the ring spinning cop manufactured in the work unit of a ring spinning machine.SOLUTION: In a work unit 2 of a winder 1 disposed on the downstream in a manufacturing process, a ring spinning cop 9 is rewound to a cross-wound package 15, at this time, a yarn 31 running out of the ring spinning cop is always monitored and yarn defect is recorded. In addition, yarn defect exceeding a set limit value is clearing-removed. Data required by the work unit of the winder in the rewinding process of the ring spinning cop and corresponding to yarn defect on the ring spinning cop are fed back to a control device on a belonging ring spinning machine, and are used to optimize the winding condition of a new ring spinning cop on the ring spinning machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
