Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a liquid injection method and device which shortens time required to inject a liquid, improves efficiency in a liquid injection process, and ensures high quality liquid injection.
CONSTITUTION: In a cooling-liquid injection method for filling a cooling liquid into a radiator R after connecting a filling gun 5, connected with cooling-liquid supply sources 9A and 9B and an evacuating source 13, to the radiator R and drawining vacuum in the radiator R to a specific degree, it is carried out while exerting control in such a manner that after a specific amount of the cooling liquid is injected into the radiator R under injection pressure P2 higher than or equal to pressure P0 that is the pressure resistance limitation of the radiator R, the pressure is switched to injection pressure P3 lower than or equal to the pressure P0.
