PURPOSE: To provide a CRT screen displaying data input method which performs the processing of displaying, return and completion automatically by one input instruction and subsequently, only by the input of item data even when input items are many.

The function key of the inputted (105) item data is decided, and at the time of a confirmation key, the displaying processing is performed (106, 108, 111, 112 and 113), and at the time of a return key, '1' is subtracted for the subscript, returned before 1 item (106, 108, 109 and 110), and at the time of the completion key, C>D is attained by adding the number of the items to the subscript, and the completing processing is performed (106, 107 and 103.
