Abstract:
To provide a method for inspecting a container, precisely inspecting the quality of a container, and also to provide a device therefor.
The device for inspecting the quality of a container includes: a conveying unit for conveying a container by continuously translating it; a light source for forming a reticulated shadow apparently; an imaging unit for acquiring the reticulated shadow image of the appearance of the container; an image processing unit for acquiring reticulated shape data from the reticulated image; a deciding unit for deciding the quality of the container by the reticulated shape data; and a discharging unit for discharging a defective product from the container based on the output of the deciding unit.
