Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a method and device for inspecting the inside of tires that automatically can inspect all tires without stopping the conveyor line of the tires.
SOLUTION: X rays are applied from a specific part to a tire T that is continuously carried on a conveyor 2, the images of X rays through the tire T are picked up by a high-resolution X-ray line sensor 5 for obtaining the X-ray image information of the tire T, and the X-ray image information is compared with the image information of a normal tire regarding metal components for composing the tire, thus judging whether the inside of the tire is appropriate or not.
