Abstract:

To inspect the internal peripheral part of a work with ease and precision.

On an inspection table 2, a conical reflection mirror 13 is provided. Above the reflection mirror 13, a TV camera 4 is provided. A work 14 of doughnut-disc-shape is set on the inspection table 2. Then, the inside periphery surface of the center hole of the work 14 is reflected on the reflection mirror 13 and a 3-dimension image is developed into 2-dimension, and under the condition, it is captured with the TV camera 4. Thereby the inside periphery part of the work 14 is inspected with ease and precision.
