Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically inspect a motor bearing by using a fiber scope without disassembling the motor.
CONSTITUTION: An inspection device 1 is provided with a drive shaft 5 journaled by a bearing part 6 on the top of a truck 4 and made freely rotatable by a drive device, a motor shaft lock device 7 provided at the end of the motor side of the drive shaft 5, and a detection device 8, provided in the bearing part 6, which includes a fiber scope and is allowed to freely rotate by a rotation device, and at the same time, allowed to freely move in the direction of a motor shaft 31 by a movement mechanism.
