Abstract:
To provide a method and device capable of accurately providing cable tension by using a reasonable structural means.
To install trolley wire 9 of the electric catenary wire 8, mechanical energy is generated by tensile force 25 acting on the trolley wire 9. To provide constant installation tension, the mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy and oil pressure is generated which can be adjusted by a pressure relief valve.
