When overlapping and joining two kinds of different materials, at least joining portions of the materials 11 and 12 are tightly attached to each other with the pressure applied thereto, high energy beams B are irradiated from the high melting point material 11 side to heat the high melting point material 11 at a high temperature so as not to melt the high melting point material at the joining interface, and only the low melting point material 12 is melted for joining through the heat conduction from the high melting point material 11.
