In addition, this system consists of a water introducing pipe 14 introducing water drops accumulated at the bamboo blind 30 to a water tray 11, a temperature control part 15 for controlling the temperature of the device 10, a sensor 16 detecting the temperature of a thermostatic plate 12 to inform the part 15 and a temperature switching switch 15A instructing a kept temperature.
